An in-demand company secretary, John is a senior partner of wilson/ryan/grose Lawyers, with over 30 years’ experience advising government bodies, contractors and major construction companies on project delivery, tendering, contracts and disputes. He works across all phases of infrastructure projects and has strong expertise in probity, governance and procurement, including drafting probity plans and reports. He holds multiple board roles and is a registered adjudicator under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act. Away from work, he is the current Chair of the Basketball Australia Board, a position held since May 2021.
